New subscribers receive a 7-day trial (once per account) — cancel within that window for a 75% refund of your first month's payment; delivered work is yours to keep. After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly on your start date, payments are non-refundable, and access continues until the end of your paid period. Cancel anytime before your next billing date with no fees or commitment — pausing is not available. Stated turnaround times reflect initial design delivery, not the final approved or print-ready file; final delivery depends on revisions and feedback. Completed work may be featured in MadeByGreta's portfolio and social media unless confidentiality is requested in writing before completion. MadeByGreta reserves the right to cancel any subscription immediately and without refund if requests involve illegal, fraudulent, infringing, exploitative, or discriminatory content. Any changes to pricing or plan terms will be communicated a minimum of 14 days in advance.

Important to Know Before Subscribing
ONE REQUEST AT A TIME (Starter): On the Starter plan, one active design request is worked on at a time. A new request begins once the current one is approved or closed.
REQUESTS DO NOT ROLL OVER: Unused requests expire at the end of your billing cycle. Plan your usage to get the most from your subscription.
REVISION LIMITS: Each request includes up to 2 rounds of revisions (Starter) or 3 rounds (Growth & Studio). Additional revision rounds are available as a paid add-on.
CONTENT IS PROVIDED BY YOU: All copy, photos, and written content must be supplied by the client. Design subscription does not include copywriting.
PAUSE POLICY: You may pause your subscription once per billing cycle for up to 30 days. A full billing cycle must be completed before pausing is available.
CANCELLATION: Cancel anytime before your next billing date. No cancellation fees. Access continues until the end of your current paid period.
NOT A FULL BRAND IDENTITY SERVICE: If you need a complete brand buildout from scratch — logo, guidelines, packaging system — this is a separate one-time service. The subscription is for ongoing design work on an established brand.
